Heading north towards the Warrumbungles from Mendooran there is seal for road bikes, and plenty of gravel and quiet roads.  But the cherry-on-top of this experience has to be Yarragrin Woolshed Cafe, hosted by owners the Lindeman family. Pull up a chair, find a bench, enjoy a cuppa, and recharge for the next leg.

Location: Yarragrin Woolshed on road to Tooraweenah (Gentle Annie Rd), 18 km north of Mendooran.  Do not cross Yarragrin Ck - you have gone to far.
