Tastes of Mendooran: The Mendooran Pastoral Agricultural & Horticultural Society cooks up local produce in a multi-course dinner. Production of food and fibre is Mendooran's core business. With the baked vegetables you can select from the slow cookers the lamb, the beef, the pork of the district. Vegetarian options available. Then comes more than 'just desserts' apple crumble and cheesecake from local cheeses. A number of local producers will have tables where you can purchase product that you may wish to stock up.  Location: O’Leary Pavilion, Showground.  Cost $35.
